    Deleted files and folders can be recovered from your trash

  • Go to ‘Trash’.

  • Click option button next to the file or folder you want to restore.   More Action

  • Select ‘Restore’ to recover your deleted file or folder.   Select Restore

  • If you don’t remember the password, in the Sign In Form, click ‘Forgot Password?’ to reset it.

  • Enter your email address and click ‘Send’.

  • Jaybod will send you a password reset link after you requested. Click the link in email to create new password.

  • Enter your new password and submit.

  • Click ‘Profile’ in the top right of homepage.

  • Select ‘Settings’.

  • In Form Settings, click ‘Change Password’.

  • Enter your recent password and new password. Click ‘Save’ afterward.

In order to have strong password, create at least 8 characters long with combination of alphabets having upper case, lowercase, special character and numerals.

    Jaybod is equipped with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account.

    Turn On 2FA.

  • Click ‘Profile’ in the top right of homepage.

  • Select ‘Settings’.

  • In Form Settings, click ‘Enable’ for Two-factor auth (2FA).

  • Enter your account password and click ‘Next’.

  • Install Google Authenticator by clicking ‘Google Authenticator’ or scanning QR code. Then, copy setup key and paste it on Google Authenticator. Clik ‘Next’ afterwards.

  • You will generate verification code from Google Authenticator. Enter verification code and click ‘Next’

  • You will generate 10 backup codes. Tap ‘Regenerate’. Click ‘Download’ if you prefer to log in using the backup code

  • You have freedom to turn off 2FA.

  • Turn Off 2FA.

  • Click ‘Profile’ in the top right of homepage.

  • Select ‘Settings’.

  • In Form Settings, click ‘Disable’ for Two-factor auth (2FA).

  • Enter your account password and click ‘Confirm’.

Backup Codes is 2FA Alternative.

    You can view Backup Code.

  • Click ‘Profile’ in the top right of homepage.

  • In Form Settings, click ‘View’ for Backup codes.

  • Enter your account password and click ‘Next’.

  • Click ‘Regenerate’ and ‘Download’ this Data.

    When 2FA is enabled, you can sign into your account with 2FA as well.

  • On the Sign In Form, Enter your email and password. Click ‘Sign in’ afterwards.

  • Enter verification code from Google Authenticator. Click ‘Sign in’ afterwards.

  • If you have problem with verification code, You can klik ‘Unable to receive verification code?’.

  • Enter one of the codes then click ‘Sign In’.

    You can encrypt any kind of file with password.

  • Click option button next to the file you want to encrypt.   More Action

  • The option panel will show up. Select ‘Encrypt’.

  • Add file password and confirm file password. Click ‘Encrypt’ afterwards.

    You can decrypt files once the files are encrypted.

  • Click option button next to the file you want to decrypt.   More Action

  • The option panel will show up. Select ‘Decrypt’.
